Everything we advise uses NICE and NHS protocols and has been checked by our team of BPS accredited Psychologists to be the most up to date advice there is.

Solis is free to use for any and all, we don’t charge therapists or charities to be listed on here, nor do we charge users who are looking for help but we do welcome contributions of any size.
